We are running enthusiasts just like you. The "Improve Your
Running" site was developed mainly as a tool to offer information for new
runners to get started and to share tips with seasoned runners, to keep the
running-fire inside you, burning.
If you are anything like most runners getting started to the sport
you will be searching for new ideas that will help you run better, run faster,
and stay motivated. Now after fifteen years of pounding the pavement and
collecting metal we feel like it is our time to give back.
This “Improve Your Running” site hopes to provide you with helpful
information that will help you do just that, improve your running. Whether you
are looking to improve your stride rate or your running form we would like to
help. We want to post articles about the things we think you want to learn
about such as, how to buy the right pair of running shoes or prepare for my
first 5K race. We will also share personal experience about race courses, and bring
you insight about the sport from other runners who have learned from
experience.
We invite you to not only learn more about the sport but also ask
questions and share your own stories. We encourage you to tell us what it is
that helps you keep running day after day, week after week, and year after
year.
If you have been running but think you might want to experience a
new challenge like competing in a 5K race or running a marathon….we can help.
We can sharemethods and techniques
that have helped us achieve our dreams. Now it is your turn, read on and run
like you dream of.
We invite you to read what other runners have had to say about
getting motivated, improving endurance, increasing speed and staying focused. You
will also find interesting articles about improving your running form, or increasing
your stride rate.
Want to get started, read our testimonials page or visit the
websites we suggest, with links to other resources, gear suppliers and
distributors, and friends on our links page. Or let us know what you want to
read about, bounce, stride, turnover, or how to run a marathon.
Maybe you’re not quite
ready to put on those running shoes but you are ready to ask your first
question or share that great story than….
